For the last year, we’ve been building a new, cost-effective solution for organizations to manage their vendors’, contractors’, and suppliers’ insurance certificates through an efficient, scalable process. We’re excited to be bringing a modern solution to the market that will solve the challenges that many organizations face when managing insurance certificates.
So why did we start COI Pro?
In short, a new solution is long overdue. While there are several technology vendors in the market, including myCOI, COI Tracker, Insurance Tracking Services (ITS) and more, but a gap exists for cutting-edge technology that is solely focused on serving the customers’ needs and solving their challenges.
Over the last 10 years, there has been a rapid advancement of technology for businesses, but the landscape of vendors in the insurance space that provide COI solutions has not kept up the same pace. And while the R&D for COI solutions has stagnated, the investors of the vendors that provide these solutions continue to demand increased revenue. To put it bluntly, most organizations are paying for a Cadillac and they’re getting a broken down jalopy.
So because of these inefficiencies in the market, we’re creating something different. Something that will provide organizations with a better way to manage their COIs. We’re comprised of insurance specialists and software developers that have years of experience working with companies of all sizes to manage their COIs, and we are looking forward to working with you.
